New service puts families first


Families in County Durham who need extra support will benefit from a new service.

The Family Pathfinder service is being piloted in the Sedgefield, Easington and Derwentside areas and is jointly funded by Durham County Council and County Durham Primary Care Trust (PCT).

It will mean a new system of partnership working between Durham County Council’s children’s and adults’ services, the PCT and other organisations.
